SECURE-A-DOOR® locking device systems are manufactured to the highest quality standards. All parts are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship during normal domestic and commercial use for a period of 10 years to the original purchaser.

SECURE-A-DOOR® will supply, at any time during the warranty period a replacement of any part of the locking device system which proves defective, at the sole discretion of representatives of SECURE-A-DOOR®, in material and/or workmanship, FREE OF CHARGE. This warranty is null and void if non-genuine parts are installed at any time by the original consumer purchaser or his/her/its agents.

This is the only express warranty made by SECURE-A-DOOR® and is valid for the original consumer purchaser only. The warranty excludes damage caused as a result of the improper installation, misuse, neglect, accident or any use violation of instructions furnished by us.

This warranty covers the supply of replacements for defective parts only, and SECURE-A-DOOR® will not be responsible for labour charges and/or damages incurred in installation, repair or replacement, nor for incidental or consequential damages.

To make a claim under this warranty, please deliver or send to your local dealer or to SECURE-A-DOOR® Mfging Inc. at Box 12, Marquette, MB R0H 0V0 a written explanation of the defect accompanied by proof of purchase and the defective part together with your name, address and telephone number.
